As a property advocate, I am frequently asked what areas do I specialise in ? Unlike agents who tend to specialise in an area, region and or property type, my work is based on personal referrals. And whilst I have a very strong personal network based on where I have lived and worked, it should come as no surprise that the properties I buy and sell are the by product of the people I act for and where the referral has come from.
